IB Maths AA and AI are some of the most challenging courses in the diploma — and many students struggle not because of the content, but because of how exam questions are designed. And submitting a high quality IA, worth 20% of the final grade, can make all of the difference.
Resident Sigma IB Maths is led by Mike Herd, a qualified Mathematics teacher with 18 years’ experience, a former Head of Department in a top international school, and a current IB Maths examiner.
Students are taught not just how to solve problems, but how to approach and communicate solutions in a way that examiners reward.
